A historic cottage tucked between a pair of ponds, built in the late 1700s, this property has been in the same family since the 1890s. The ocean is a 30 minute walk, but a private beach on Gull Pond is readily accessible.

Spectacular views highlight this “most difficult” of the Cape Cod National Seashore trails. Sandy 6 to 8 miles round trip; check tide tables, as sections are submerged during high tide.
