    i would like instructions on how to brine a turkey.do i soak the turkey in salt solution? thank you.

    The instructions are included above. Click on “Sam Hayward’s Brined Turkey.” Also included is his recipe for cooking the turkey once it has been brined, “Roast Brined Turkey.”
