J.C. Martin — While Eastern Connecticut is always beautiful, Franconia Notch, NH, does take my breath away anytime I’m there in October. Riding the North Conway train into the White Mountains is almost overwhelming, too. Even for a native.

Karen Johnson — Best foliage is right here in Dublin’s back yard at MacDowell Lake.

Anne Mitchell — Went to upper state New York last weekend, up to Montreal, back through Vermont, and into New Hampshire. No color to speak of. More color down here in central MA. Going back to NY this weekend, will report.

Helen Brimlow — No concern, so far. The changing of the leaves has started in spots here and there. There is much more coming, I am sure.
