I prefer canned corned beef from Aegentina to the nitrate saturated deli corned beef. That said, I like stuffed cabbage leaves even better. Lean beef & oinion flakes mixed with a beaten egg and some bread crumbs can’t be beat. Small Irish potatoes boiled with lots of parsley is required. Of course, a spicy tomato sauce on top of the cabbage leaves while baking is a perfect dish for St. Paddy’s Day.
