AUG. 14: FALMOUTH, Sand Sculpture Contest. Ten teams of sand sculptors will compete on scenic Surf Drive Beach, but no team will lose. An awards ceremony later in the day will distribute medals to each team for different categories of excellence. AUG. 14-15: GLOUCESTER, Gloucester Waterfront Festival. Come to Stage Fort Park with a craving for art–more than 150 juried artists and crafters from across the country will display their wares.
