Comfort Food Warms Us, Body and Soul

The chili is adapted from a recipe by Dennis Carr of Dorchester, Massachusetts; it took first prize in the 2011 Boston Firehouse Chili Cook-Off. This Maine lobster mac-and-cheese, adapted from Cal Hancock of the Hancock Gourmet Lobster Company, beat out Bobby Flay’s version in a 2010 episode of Throwdown!
