We tried entering the Yankee Magazine survey that was published in the Sept./Oct. 2014 edition and it keeps coming up with an error message saying, “Oops, there is a problem”. I just wanted to make you aware of it because we would really like to enter it.

Hi Helen. Oh no! Thanks for letting us know — the link to the survey has been fixed.

I also cannot access the website or link to take the survey. Can you please email it to me?

I’m having the same problem as Pam and Aimee. The link has NOT been fixed.

I cannot access the link …. Just read your Sept./Oct. cover to cover and saw the survey on the last page. Why can’t I access the like.

I’ve been subscribing to YM for years.

Hello Samuel and Rose. I am having no trouble seeing the audience survey when I enter into the address bar of my browser in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I’ve asked our technical support team to look into anything else that may be causing a problem, but if one of you (or someone else) could let me know what error message you are seeing when you enter the link that would be helpful. Thank you!
