She is indeed a friend. My husband was in the workplace group to select the recipe. She baked for our wedding, 21 years ago today--as a friend--and last year when my husband was in the hospital for our anniversary and it was Purim, the delicious hamantaschen just appeared! It is the joy and magic of giving and she will do ANYTHING to support her friends and family. A joy to know. Delicious.

One of my favorite cookies for sure! Does Nori have mail order? Seems like a lucrative business in the making.

Nori is indeed a real sweetheart. She used to bring in Christmas cookies for my employees and myself when I had a video store in Nashua about 15 years ago. If she ever decides to do mail order, I'll definitely become a customer.
