            <description>What, no recipe for large-pearl tapioca pudding?  I guess I shouldn't be surprised -- large-pearl tapioca is increasingly hard to find in grocery stores and supermarkets.  Minute tapioca is fine for thickening fruit pies, but for pudding it just doesn't cut it.</description>
