<description>Guilford is a wonderful place to shop. Som Siam is a wonderful Thai restaurant on the green, down the brick walk from the Purple Bear. Madison, one town East is nice as well. R J Julia's booksellers, is a place to browse for a book, magazine, gift, or card, or grab a cup of tea and scone in the in store Cafe. Many shops line Rt. 1. Good food, good eating, abound in this area.
