Baxter should have consulted a well-versed architect to solve his unworkable design features. eg. the walkway. Good architects save many headaches that crop up in building and renovation. They can do far more than pretty sketches on yellow paper!!!!

Love this light-filled cheerful home! Too bad the floor plans are not here to be viewed. Everything seems perfect and happy for these folks they achieved their wishes in a new place and new surroundings.
