What a great and amazing place to live! All the people up there in Rangeley and Lac Megantic show quiet and careful pride in their place on earth. I hope to visit one day and witness this December magic in person.

I used to travel throughout New England for my company and visit the many technical locations under my jurisdiction, and I am not surprised by the \"giving spirit\" of the folks in Rangeley. I spent many a season filling-in for one of my Maine managers so he could visit his daughter and other \"flat-landers\" as we Bostonians were known as, and I always felt welcomed by the folks in Rangeley. Every day I was warmly greeted by the town folk and was constantly asked if I needed a place to stay or get lunch or dinner. The people are genuine and nice. Bill Smith
