I have no comment other than, I have enjoyed Yankee for many years. I am not a "Yankee" but I did spend many summers on the family farm outside of Hoosick Falls N.Y. The farm was on "Tate Road" although then it was RFD #1. 
I do have a question. In the thirty's we would go to Bennington and buy "Rat Cheese" and I would like to find some. Is it available? is so where? and how can I get it?
