Want to test your skills against fellow anglers? Ice fishing derbies and tournaments are popular events around the region. For derbies in your area, contact your state and local Fish and Game departments and your local Rotary club. (Be sure to call ahead before scheduled events, as derbies and tournaments may be postponed owing to bad weather or changing ice conditions.)
