I just received the March/April copy of Yankee Magazine and tried to look up the recipe for the Lobster Roll Pizza. On page 116 in the magazine it said to go to YankeeMagazine.com to the recipe. I went to the story also to recipes and typed in Lobster Roll Pizza and repeatedly got no such recipe???? Where is the recipe???

You have to click on the "It's Not Delivery" just above the Reader Comment section. There is a PDF brochure with the recipe.

I'll am here to find the pizza party recipes but wanted to comment that I hope to find Frank's Italian Spag. sauce on his website. My fav. book in a large cookbook collection is The North End Union Italian Cookbook by Marguerite Dimino Buonopane. My late husband and I lived in Mass. and many restaurants in the North End were our favorite spots for great food and incredible memories. I miss cooking for my husband (also named Frank) and I hope to find F. Imbergamo's book and recipes. I love Yankee Magazine's website. Thanks. Carol Londres

The main part of pizza is the flour. It is important to use high protein flour. If you can not get that use bread flour. Do not add salt to the water after the yeast is hydrated. Do not add oil to the water. The salt is added after the flour is in the water yeast mixture. Salt will adversely effect the action of the yeast. Add the oil if you wish, only after the mixture has been mixed for at least a minute, this will allow the water to hydrate the flour. After the dough has been finished place the dough in a plastic bag with some olive oil then put in the refrigerator over night. Take out at least two hours before using. This step allows the yeast to add flavor to the dough also called a retarded method. Dats Dat
