New Haven friends tell us that the best Japanese restaurant in the U.S.

In Norwalk, 14 miles from the Aldrich Museum, strike out for Fat Cat Pie Company, another secret the locals failed to keep. A pizza parlor of a different stripe, Fat Cat features all organic ingredients. Even the wines are organic.
