July 24 - 26th at the Lowell (MA) Folk Festival chow down on Polish, Asian, Jamaican, Portuguese, Thai, Laotian, Greek, Armenian, Soul, Filipino, Latino, and Middle Eastern food in addition to enjoying non stop ethnic music at 6 venues and art/crafts.
