Yield: 10 or more nice slices
This came from an old beer bread recipe that we did not like. So I changed it a little and made a better tasting bread.Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 can 7-Up
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a lightly greased and floured bread pan. Batter will be lumpy. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
