Yield: Serves 4.

These tasty, tender pancakes will be about 1/4 inch thick when cooked. Serve well buttered with warm maple syrup or, for a change, with shaved maple sugar or whipped cream. For further variation serve rolled around sausage links. –Mirror Lake Inn, Lake Placid, New York
