- Apple Butter Sweet Rolls

- Nonstick spray coating
- 16 oz Frozen sweet bread dough
- 1/3 c Apple or peach butter
- 2 TB Dried currants or raisins
- 1/3 c Powdered sugar; sifted
- 1/2 ts Orange peel; finely shredded
- 1 ts Apple or orange juice
- -to 2 tsp
Spray twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin cups with nonstick spray coating; set
On a lightly floured surface roll thawed dough to a 12x8-inch rectangle.
Spread apple butter evenly over dough. Sprinkle with currants or raisins.
