Yield: Makes 3 cups.Try this with fish, ham or roast pork.
Ingredients:3 tart apples, medium size
3 dill pickles, medium size
1 onion, medium size
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
Instructions:Halve and core the apples, but do not peel them. Put the apples, pickles and onion through a food chopper, using the coarse blade.
Combine in a small bowl with sugar and vinegar. Chill before serving.
