Am not the one to add 1 cup of brown sugar to l cup of cooked rice…
I made this recipe and only added 1 beaten egg to the mixture and used unsalted butteri nstead of margarine I also put half a teaspoon of lemon juice in. This is a wonderful breakfast pudding as well as a quick and easy dessert. It’s great with lite Cool Whip or even a vanilla yogurt on the side. The best baking time on this here in Texas is about 45 minutes to an hour. It gives it a nice carmelized crust around the edges.
