- 1 can or jar of artichoke
- 1-2 cups sour cream
Finely chop the artichokes
Mix all ingredients excluding the paprika
Sprinkle paprika on top
Bake for 20-30 minutes (until golden and bubbling)
This recipe makes a great appetizer for 4-6 people. I recommend dipping with crackers.
