Asparagus Au Gratin

Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh asparagus1/4 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup melted butter
salt, pepper, and paprika
Instructions:
Cook the asparagus for 15 minutes. Drain and place in a buttered, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese, pour on the melted butter and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Put under the broiler until the cheese is browned.Browse Similar Recipes
