- Bacon - Potato Soup
- 8 c. Cooked potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Bacon cooked
- 1 large onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 3 T. Flour
Cut and boil potatoes. Cook bacon crisp.
Chop onion and soften in bacon grease. Add flour and cook 3-5 minutes. Add milk and heat through. Add potatoes and bacon. Simmer. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
