Baked Mackerel

Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 small mackerel1 cup milk
salt and pepper
chopped chives
paprika
melted butter
Instructions:
Split and bone mackerel. Place skin down in a greased pan. Pour over the mackerel milk seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered in a moderate (375 degrees F) oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped chives and paprika. Serve with melted butter.Browse Similar Recipes
