Baked Seafood

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • buttered breadcrumbs
  • chopped parsley
  • 3-4 tablespoons white wine

Instructions:

Chop the pepper, onion, and celery rather fine. Combine the crab and shrimp, cut in pieces, with the vegetables and mayonnaise. Add the seasonings and mix well. Place in a buttered baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs and parsley. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Just before serving, add the white wine.
