Balsamic Dipping Sauce
Yield: about 1/2 cup
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 to 3 finely minced garlic cloves
- 1 Tablespoon hot pepper flakes
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:In Mason jar, combine all of the ingredients.
Cover, and shake until the mixture emulsifies. Serve with French bread, also good on steamed vegetables. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Serve at room temperature.
