Yield: about 1/2 cup
Use for dipping French bread or as a marinade with fish, chicken or meats ... good with vegetables too — enjoy!Ingredients:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar2 to 3 finely minced garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon hot pepper flakes
pinch of kosher salt
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
In Mason jar, combine all of the ingredients.Cover, and shake until the mixture emulsifies. Serve with French bread, also good on steamed vegetables. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Serve at room temperature.
