Stir together bran, flours, powder, soda and salt and cinnamon; set aside
In sep bowl - beat together milk, brown sugar, butter, eggs, bananas, OJ, and peel. Fold into dry ingredients - just until moistened.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Spoon into a buttere 9" x 5" loaf pan.
Bake for 55 - 60 minutes - or until pick inserted comes out clean.
