Really good. It came out picture perfect and was gone within 24 hours the two times I made it.
This is very close to the banana bread I make, only I substitute the sugar for 3/4 cup honey and reduce the cooking time by 10 minutes. I also like to add walnuts or pecans, and my husband loves it with chocolate chips.
