Banana Nut Bread - Blanche

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons buttermilk
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 to 3 ripe bananas)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sift flour, soda and salt together in a large bowl. Add eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, and buttermilk. Fold in bananas and pecans.Pour into greased pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes in pan then remove to plate to cool completely.
