Basil Shrimp Pizza Freezer Marinade

Use half the marinade for the shrimp; reserve the rest for the pizza.

Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp4 cups fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
Defrost the shrimp and roll out two pizza dough rounds. Spread the remaining pesto on your pizza dough. Scatter shrimp over pizza and sprinkle with 1/3 cup pine nuts and 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Grill or roast.
