Beef/Ham Loaf with Mustard Sauce

Yield: Serves 8-10
A meat loaf with a brand-new taste destined to become an old favorite.Ingredients:
6 slices dry bread or toast1 pound ground beef
1/2 can tomato soup
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 pound cooked ham, ground
Instructions:
Make bread into crumbs. Combine crumbs with ground beef. Beat together 1/2 can tomato soup, milk, egg, and onion, and mix with ground beef and crumbs, Add ham, mix well, and pack into 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let meat loaf stand 10 minutes after removing from oven. Serve with hot Mustard Sauce (see below).MUSTARD SAUCE:
Ingredients:
1/2 can tomato soup1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
