Ingredients:

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped black olives
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions:

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil; add tomatoes and cook until reduced by about half. Add the remaining ingredients, simmer 20 minutes, and use as a marinade or grilling sauce. If preferred, blend well and serve as a sauce to accompany grilled meats. Good with poultry, beef, or lamb.

Really good. The fresh tomatos are the key.

Good sauce. Tomatoes and sugar cause it to burn easily on the grill.
