This is a pudding my mother taught me how to make. Her daddy, my grandpa used to ask my grandma to make it for him all the time when my mom was a little girl. Mom is now 62 years old. This is a very delicious dessert and it's fast and easy to make.Ingredients:
6 large biscuits, halved2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer the bottom of a greased 9x3-inch cake pan with biscuit halves, middle side up. In a large bowl mix milk and sugar. Pour over biscuits. Top each biscuit with a sliver of butter. Bake until biscuits are brown. This recipe was submitted by one of our readers and has not been tested by our food editors.
