Yield: Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup grape or cranberry juice

Instructions:

Combine ingredients, blend, and serve! It's full of healthful antioxidants, fiber, potassium, and calcium and only about 200 calories per serving. Can save in the refrigerator for later.
