Yield: Makes 20 to 48
Delicious brownies that are not made with chocolate. I could never keep them in the house with my father around!Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter or margerine
2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Melt butter; remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until combined. Add dry ingredients into sugar mixture. Spread in pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
