Blue Cheese Dressing

Yield: Makes 1-1/2 cups.

This full-bodied dressing is made quickly in the blender.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup vinegar|
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons blue cheese

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in the blender container. Blend on high speed for 5 seconds.
