Boiled Shrimp with Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:3 pounds fresh or frozen shrimp
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
4 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
Instructions:Cook the shrimp in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Peel and devein, if necessary.
Mix together the soy sauce, garlic, oil, and vinegar and serve in a small bowl next to the shrimp.
