Ingredients:
1 cup butter1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Cream the butter until light and gradually add the sugar. Beat in the eggs and flavorings and add the flour and salt a little at a time to make a stiff dough. Chill, then roll 1/8 inch thick and cut out. (This dough is good for fancy shaped cookie cutters.) Decorate the cookies if you wish with pieces of candied fruit or nuts. Bake in a 350 degree F oven until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.Browse Similar Recipes
