Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients:
3 pounds dressed smelt or other small fish2 teaspoons salt pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped parsley
bacon strips, cut in half
Instructions:
Cut six pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil, 12 x 12". Grease them lightly. Place the fish on the foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, onion, and parsley. Top with a half strip of bacon. Bring foil over fish and seal edges with double folds. Place on the grill 4 inches from the coals. Cook 10-15 minutes.Browse Similar Recipes
