Yield: 6 to 8 servings
This recipe came from one of my freinds, in Prineville, Oregon. This is a wonderful way to start any holiday or party.Ingredients:
3 packages cream cheese1 bundle green onions (scallions), chopped
1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cups well-chopped walnuts
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except walnuts. Form into a ball then roll in walnuts. Let refrigerate for at least one hour and serve.Additional Notes:
