- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
Mix all ingredients (except chopped nuts) on medium-low speed and blend well.
Shape mixture into ball and put in fridge overnight until firm.
When firm, roll ball in almond or pecan pieces to cover.
Serve with crackers or veggies.
