Melt butter - saute' carrots and cut up celery - 10 minutes until brown
add 1/4 cup flour - whisk 3/4 minutes - add broth - low boil, whisk
add salt and pepper - reduce and cook for 10/15 minutes
Prepare pie crust (2 piece)
egg wash - top - cut in a few vents
cook at 375 deg. 25/30 minutes
