Chinese Noodles

Yield: Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

1 pound angel-hair pasta
1 cup safflower oil
2-1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons hot chili oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons ground coriander
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Instructions:

Cook the pasta, cool, and set aside. In a pan, heat the three oils and add the sesame seeds. Remove from heat, then add the coriander and soy sauce. Stir in scallions and walnuts, then add the sauce to the pasta. Refrigerate.

    Great side dish with chicken,beef,or pork cutlets. Chili sauce should be option.
