Chocolate Corn Flake Pudding

Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 cups milk1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons butter
4 teaspoons cocoa
3 cups corn flakes
1 egg well beaten
Instructions:
Scald the milk. Remove from heat and add the sugar, butter, and cocoa. When the mixture has cooled, add the cold cereal and the egg. Stir together, pour into a buttered baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serve with hard sauce, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or heavy cream.Browse Similar Recipes
