Chocolate Satin Pie
Yield: 6 servings
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 can ( 12 ounces) Carnation evaparated milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 cups Nestle’s semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Instructions:Whisk together evaparated milk and egg yolks in saucepan over medium low heat stirring constantly until mixture is hot and thickens slightly. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate morsels until completly melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm.
