Ingredients:
12 Oreo cookies2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
Grind cookies to crumbs, add melted butter, and mix thoroughly. Press crumbs into 9-inch pie tin and place in freezer to firm.Filling
Ingredients:
6 ounces unsalted butter (room temperature)2 packages (1 ounce each) Nestle's Choco bake (liquid form)
1 cup sugar
3 whole eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Cream butter and chocolate on medium speed of mixer. Add sugar and thoroughly incorporate. Add half the eggs, increasing mixing speed to allow air to enter. Continue for 3-4 minutes, then add balance of eggs, mixing for 3-4 minutes more or until small peaks hold on surface.
