Cinnamon Chips

Yield: 32 chips (4 to 8 chips per serving)
Great snack for kids.Ingredients:
1 tsp ground cinnamon4 8" flour tortillas
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375*F. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. (Put this mixture in a spice bottle with holes so it can be sprinkled on easily) Brush tortillas with water. Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over both sides of tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; arrange on baking sheet. Bake 5 - 7 minutes or until golden brown/crisp. I made this with my grandson. It was fun to do and he really enjoyed getting to help. Now when he stays over here he wants to make them for breakfast; he likes them with honey on them after they’ve baked.
