Yield: About 1 quart
Ingredients:
1 pound butter1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 pint tarragon vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce (2-1/2 ounces)
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the vinegar and seasonings. Cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until well blended and thickened.Browse Similar Recipes
